How to make a CB Blog list was created by edwinmennes
Users can write blogs form their profile or by CB menu item.
I like to show them as a list on a page (last 3-5 blogs) including profile picture.
But I can't find a way to do this (Joomla only have this for articles). Is there a plugin or add-on for that?
The next question is to allow other users to add comments to it.
What is the best way to go?

If you've CB Blogs set to use Joomla modal and it's storing the blog entries to Joomla content component then you can use Joomla article menu items to display those blogs. Same applies for K2. If using the internal modal then this is not possible.
