[SOLVED] Subscription records not being created

Hi. I have CB 1.3.1 and Subs 1.1.2

I have a Free plan as default, during registration.

and I am seeing that no Subscribers are being associated to the plan- they don't show up in count in the fields list, or in the Subscriber count on the Subs plugin control panel page.

I am trying to control access to a URL, and when I try to access it, says that I need a subscription to the plan I already have, as indicated by the green checkmark.

Any ideas?

So, I find that the act of going through the cart and "paying" DOES create the membership correctly.

SO, my FREE plan now costs $1.00 :)

Is there some documentation to getting a FREE plan to do URL part protection? Or to getting the FREE plan to add the subscription during account registration, without this $1.00?

I have followed the example in the manual, UC5 for the free plan, to no avail, and spent hours reading the forum, and struggling with this issue.

It seems that the code that fires when the $1.00 transaction is faked is not executing when the cost is FREE.

Free Lifetime subscriptions by default do not create subscriptions. In order for them to do so you'll need to configure them to do so in CBSubs > Settings > Global. Once configured they'll then create subscriptions and integrations such as CB Content will function for them properly.
