Mail is sent to user with _UE_EMAILFOOTER rather than sprintf of _UE_EMAILFOOTER

Is a known issued and have an active bug ticket in place to address for next release, I apologize for the inconvenience. In the mean time I'd recommend using CBSubs Emails to send the emails. Simply specify the substitution of [email] for the To address to send to the subscribing user.
