[SOLVED] cannot log in/out: "Session expired ... "

I am probably missing something really obvious here - I'd really appreciate people's help though. I am playing with two Joomla 1.6/CB 1.4 sites and I have a similar problem on both. One I cannot log in to, the other I cannot log out of. In both cases when I hit the log in or log out buttons I get:

Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser. Please press "reload page" in your browser, and enable cookies in your browser. Please refresh/reload page before filling-in.


My older sites still work, I've tried different browsers, etc... I suppose I am missing some silly setting?

Please navigate to CB configuration and on the integrations tab disable session spoof checking. This can happen if the date/times of the session don't match up correctly and the session will invalidate. If this happens please try adjusting your timezone to accurately reflect the datetime. If issue persists please do as advised and disable the checking.
