Joomla 1.7 duplicate email suppression

PLG_USER_JOOMLA_NEW_USER_EMAIL_SUBJECT=""


This will suppress Joomla email sending.

Only minor cosmetic drawback is that you will see a warning in backend:

Empty message body

when creating user.


FYI - with Joomla 2.5.3 you can now use the new language overrides feature instead of modifying the language files.
