i would like a vertical tables menu..like in the "2" picture

basically I want to understand how to get the titles of the tables are in a vertical list, which I can then plug in the left of the template. in order to obtain a menu profile similar to that of facebook

Best I can suggest is to use CB Auto Actions to add jQuery (Code action) to the header of the profile page (before profile display trigger). That jQuery would then take the tab headers and move them to the left (in CB Content module I'm guessing?). I've done this with GJ and it's "Panes" as a mode in the GJ module if you need an example of moving elements. Aside from that there is no feature to provide what you're wanting. You can also probably try using CSS to move them, but that'll be a painful process.
