Joomla search already supports searching Joomla articles (content). It should be enabled by default. I recommend checking Joomla documentation for further information regarding this. The CB Search Bot is strictly for searching CB users, nothing more (think of it as userlist search condensed into a single search input).

So should I then setup 2 search components? Seems a little redundant... Please tell me how to setup both search components. So am I actually using CBSearchbot even though I haven't been able to find it anywhere as I mentioned in the previous post?

Joomla content search is already enabled by default unless you disabled it. It's just another search plugin in Extension > Plug-in Manager.
