The Quickstart PRO package as described here is a bundle of CB 1.9.1 and selected add-ons that are downloaded as a single package that can be installed from your Joomla 2.5/3.x Extension manager.

With the release of Community Builder 2.0, 11 of the previously commercial add-ons that were part of the CB Quickstart PRO package are now included in CB 2.0 as described here:

For this reason we have not created (yet) a CB 2.0 compatible Quickstart PRO package.
Those that have already installed CB 2.0+ and have a Professional membership subscription can just manually download whatever CB 2.0 compatible add-ons they want from the Professional Download area and just install it manually.
