Yes, edit cbpaidsubsbot within Extensions > Plugins then click the Description tab. It describes there the various usages and what values are supported for substitution parameters.

OK, I'm getting closer... I can use [cbsubs:if plan="1"]200[/cbsubs:if]

But that displays the plan of the current logged in user, I'd like it to display for the user profile being viewed.
I'm going to check the other CB substitutions.

So close... I can't get it to display for the displayed user, it's only showing for the logged in user. Any more ideas?

Those substitutions are always of the logged in user. Currently you can not specify a user for those substitutions. I've went ahead and looked into porting user="#displayed", etc.. usage and else/elseif support to CBSubs. Was simple enough and the merge request is pending review and should be available with next CBSubs build. You'd then use the below in your Custom HTML field for example.

[cbsubs:if user="#displayed" plan="1"]200[/cbsubs:if]
