Update your database? There's nothing to update. Simply install latest CB and it handles updating its database tables. Same for our plugins. If you mean changing your database engine to InnoDB or something of the sort then we do not provide such assistance here. Our support is for our products only in the context of Joomla.

The technicians at Siteground.com helped me a bit while I updated applications and pluggins and said this;
You need to optimize the slow queries in your database. Such slow queries affecting the performance of your website and generating a lot executions on the server.
I don't know how to do this and I do have latest versions of Joomla and communicator!
So, how can I do this when I do not know any data language or programming?

We can not help you optimize your site. That's for you to do or whatever web designer you hire to do it for you. Please understand our support is for our products only. If you've an issue specifically with our products that I can help you with I'll do my best to do so. See the below for any confusion regarding what support provides.
