You would need to set "Prepare Content" to "Enabled" under Activity > Parser for your stream. Then you'll need a Joomla content plugin that can provide that functionality. Our CB Replacer Bot should be able to do just that as it's a REGEXP content prepare plugin. Aside from that no there is no bad world filter and at this time no plans to implement one directly into CB Activity.
