I have created a lot of lists.
If the list contains eg. 36 members, it will show a pagination in the bottom of 36, even though the number of users pr. page is empty or 0. If I set it to a number it works.

If you want no limit then set "Number of entries per page" to empty then set "Show pagination" to "No".

I agree, it's a minor bug. The reason the two parameters are separate is you can limit the query to a number of users with or without paging (e.g. if you want a userlist to show the top 5 only). The paging parameter should just be ignored if the paging limit is 0 or empty as there would be no pages to even display. Have added a bug ticket to fix.
