I'm setting up the registration page with some custom css so the site mets the parameters of my client, I know I can hide the name of the field in the registration page from the field manager secction at the back end but my doubt is the next one, is it posible to place the html5 place holder to the fields without modifing the core files of the module/complement?

they are present on the login module but I failed to found them in the registration module.

You can add the placeholder attribute to field types that allow it (e.g. text fields) under Parameters > Display using the "Placeholder Value" parameter while editing the field in CB > Field Management.
