Required to reset your password before proceeding

After upgrading CB when I make a new user and login to user profile Im getting Required to reset your password before proceeding
see attached
How do I disable this function its very annoying on my test site?

Password Reset is set to Yes by default. This has already been fixed in latest CB nightly and should be set to No by default. Edit the user and set Password Reset to No and be sure it's set to No when creating new users.
