[SOLVED] Hide Menu Link unless Subscribed was created by DavidLi
Hello, I am trying to display a menu link for an article for a small number of users.
I have secured the article and the Menu link via Paid Subscriptions successfully.
But, the link itself still displays for all registered users (I have it set that way currently).
Solution?

CBSubs can't remove the menu item from display. It can only protect its endpoint. It can however remove a module from display so if it was displayed on a separate menu module that might accomplish what you're wanting. Your alternative is to protect the menu item using normal Joomla ACL by adjusting its Access parameter then using CBSubs to give users the usergroup needed to access that menu item.

I went with the Menu Module option. Didn't quite know how to implement the ACL version..Meets the need for now. Thanx!
For learning: I can create a new User group type ie: Admin / Registered / CB Control Group / etc?
And somehow Paid Subscriptions can add users to the CB Control Group?

Yup, you'd have something like the below basically.For learning: I can create a new User group type ie: Admin / Registered / CB Control Group / etc?

Yup, under the Access tab you can configure your plan to control a usergroup. This should add and remove the usergroup from the user as they subscribe/expire.And somehow Paid Subscriptions can add users to the CB Control Group?
