Thanks. Where is the mailer frequency set? The comprofiler cron job is run every day.

The frequency is how often you run the CRON URL. Was it setup to run daily during the time the few that didn't process at all (not due to the customer limit parameter though)? I'm not sure what else it could have been beyond maybe they had another subscription that was active.

OK, thanks. I have set the parameters properly, and I will watch it closely to see if I can catch a problem closer to when it happens.

To avoid spamming your users you may want to set "Maximum messages per customer (0=unlimited)" to 1 then adjust "Maximum messages per customer above is counted within last" this way the mailer can be used more than once per customer, but not within a given time span. Based off your settings it looks like setting it to 7 days would be sufficient.

Thanks for that suggestion.

BTW I have been monitoring the mailers for several days now, and I do not see any missing emails.
