Transplant heavily configured C Builder into a new joomla instalation

CB user table (_comprofiler) is an extension of Joomlas. You'll need the Joomla tables as well. This means _users and if you're using custom usergroups and view access levels then you'll also need those related tables (e.g. _usergroups, _user_usergroup_map, and _viewlevels).

Im getting an error when I try to clone a table
Duplicate entry '0-0-root-*' for key 'idx_client_id_parent_id_alias_language'
Ive been studding the internet but still cant work a fix
Do You know how to repair the Duplicate entry?

No idea what table that index belongs to. You're trying to import a duplicate row though. You need to empty the tables of the new site before importing like that or you need to use insert ignores in your import SQL. Beyond that I can't help you as this has nothing to do with CB.
