Create a rating field within CB > Field Management and set "Vote Access" to "Moderators Only" or set the field as Read Only. Then you just need to push the numeric rating to its _comprofiler column from whatever system you're using. Your alternative is to create your own rating output with PHP using CB Code Field. We of course have no tutorial for this as we don't provide tutorials for custom code like that nor do we assist with custom coding.

That plugin doesn't exist anymore. The rating field is included with CB and it has no titles for ratings; it's a star based rating system.
