Edit it how? The tab can be found in CB > Tab Management, but for example there is no means of disabling a menu option unless it's output by a plugin and the plugin provides a parameter to do so.

In addition, I want to change the "Request Connection" & "Revoke Connection Request" Button to "Connect" & "Cancel Request".
I need to be able to locate this menu so I can modify these changes.

There is no means of directly modifying that menu. To change those strings you need to use language overrides. See the below on how to use language overrides.
