Hello,
I do the validation of a new registration by a moderator on the front. in the list, how to put the date in FR format (dd / mm / yy)

also there is a text field for a reason in case of refusal. In my tests the text does not appear in the body of the rejection email. How can I corrify or check something to solve the problem?

You can change the global date format within CB > Configuration > General.

I assume you mean for the User Approval page? Yes there's a "Reject Comment" textarea on that same page where you supply the rejection reason.

Yes in the configuration I put the correct format, but only the abrobation page has the wrong format.

The format of the date, displayed to moderators, in the list of registrations to approve in the front-end is defined in the global date format of CB.

You can change the it in Community Builder > Configuration > General tab > Date Format

The rejection reason is present in the default English language string. If you're using a different language plugin that language plugin may have translated the substitution, which they should not do, or removed it in error. Below is the original string.

Key: UE_USERREJECT_MSG
String:
Your sign up at [sitename] has been rejected for the following reason: [reason]
