I want to do something more elaborate that this, but I can't even get this simple example to work.
In Tab Connection -> CB Conditional I set

Field: Value
Custom Value: 33
Operator: "Is In"
Delimiter: ,
Value: 32,33,34

I turn on debug and get this:
Tab 18 condition 1 (AND) of 1 (OR) failed to match with: "33" Is In "32,33,34"

My version of CB Condtional is a few months old so I will update, but this seems like it should work...

Update then retry. If still not working then sounds like a bug. It's possible the delimiter parameter isn't working right; try using |*| delimiter instead of comma then leaving the delimiter parameter empty.

Ok, was able to confirm your issue. The Is In and Is Not In conditions have their checks reversed and are behaving like Does Contain and Does Not Contain. This is now fixed in latest build.
