Hi Kyle,
The update from web does not work anymore. I am logged into the Joomlapolis site, but it does not allow me to update all the plugins like before but it asks me to Buy them (ie it does not recognise that I am logged in).
My subscription is running till October still.
Did you change the plugin?

Ran into the same issue after Chrome and other browsers released a new update increasing security. JSONP calls are not functioning reliably anymore. We're working on implementing a Site Key system so you can just add a site key to your CB install and don't need to worry about being logged into Joomlapolis anymore. For now I don't really have a solution other than try different browsers, maybe try clearing all your browser cookies, or downloading manually from our downloads page. We're working to try and launch the site key system as soon as possible.
