I've no idea what you've configured to cause this, sorry. I don't see how you could even cause this to happen to be honest. If you've any 3rd party CB plugins installed that are not provided by us try uninstalling them to see if they could be causing problems. Try unpublishing 3rd party Joomla extensions in Extensions > Manage to see if that resolves it. Something is either blocking the click event on buttons or breaking the JS, but sounds like something is blocking click events.

Whaoo ...

I was using a SuperAdmin account with only SuperAdmin group access.

I did not know that it was necessary to grant the rights of the group in addition to super Administrator to access the submenus.

The submenus that I could access were all in public.

I created this account following your advice a few days ago and stopped access to Frontend for Super Admin. I did not make the connection quickly ...

The mystery is closed ... Sorry for lost your time .. Was for me ..
