Adding a conditional checkbox on the subscription page

3 years 5 months ago #321087 by llau
Hi there,

We're currently using CB Paid Subscriptions, and I was wondering if it's possible to add a question and a checkbox when a person arrives at the subscriptions page, such as "Are you currently experiencing financial hardship?".

If so, can we make this checkbox "conditional" as in checking it will hide a plan and make another plan appear on the subscription page?

Thanks so much,
V

It's possible to condition plans under the Workflows tab of your plans, but you won't be able to have a checkbox there. The checkbox would need to be in profile edit and/or during registration as a normal checkbox field.
