Install CB Content Bot and use substitutions in your article. See the below tutorial on how to use substitutions.

Instead of the file name, a link is displayed www.site.com/index.php/component/comprofiler/fieldclass?field=cb_change_download&function=download&user=857&reason=profile

in the settings of the upload field, replace the file name

That's because you're using a raw substitution. Raw substitutions of fields with URLs will output the URL. This allows you to implement custom linking with that URL. If you want the filename as it shows on profile use an HTML output substitution. Both cases are covered in the tutorial I've linked above.

Please read the tutorial I've already linked to you. Here it is again below.

It explains the substitution usages clearly. You need to use "Original Field Value" substitution usages if you want the fields to be formatted. So instead of [FIELD_NAME] use [cb:userfield field="FIELD_NAME" /].
