Where are you seeing "JDispatcher" when trying to use CB Connect? After attempting to login and are sent back to your site? Joomla 3? Joomla 4? Please be more specific regarding what issue you're having.

Looks like this is API based logins and only on J4 issue. Was able to find and fix the issue. Fix will be available in a new build release sometime this week.

As Kyle wrote, the fix is in CB (Community Builder):
To update CB to latest (nightly) release, go to CB -> Plugins -> Install & Upgrade and click the refresh button to force the daily refresh to happen immediately, then click the Upgrade button for Community Builder in the install from web tab.
