Well maybe a stupid question... but how do we create these menu items?
Installed latest cbsubs version.
I go to...
Menus: New Item
Menu Item Type: Plugin
Plugin: does not seem to be anything related to "Cancel payment and subscription page" in the list.
Maybe this is not the right way to create these menu items.
Some advise please?

Create a menu with menu type of Community Builder > Plugin then from Plugin dropdown select CB Paid Subscriptions. You'll be able to select the CBSubs endpoints via the "Do" parameter.

Everything is working great! Templates, modules, everything!
In our case, nothing else is needed.
The Do parameter gives all the functionality needed.
