Is it possible to have a CBLIST with link to profile turned off and others with the link turned on.?

No, sorry you can't disabling profile linking for just 1 userlist. Userlist linking is added as a jquery handler to the click event for the entire table row. Would take some core edits to remove this, which would affect all userlists.
