I edited your only Published plan. Selected Integrations tab. Then selected the Content tab. Then scrolled to "By Menu" and removed the protection on CBs menu link.

What does that mean above, because I went to the "By Menu" and unchecked all the items that were highlighted and it does not work. Yes, I deleted all cached and everything on my browser and in the SEF cache. In fact, I deleted everything except throw the computer out the window.

And NO, I did NOT delete my FB user credentials nor is there a username with those credentials.

The reason your Facebook account doesn't work is because it's not an actual full Facebook account. You have a business account which is completely different from that of a normal Facebook account. It doesn't contain the normal profile data needed to register you on the site such as Name. You need to register at Facebook with a normal user account.

UPDATE: it is working now, EXCEPT for one thing. The login works, but it only adds the users' credentials to the CB users list. It will not add the users to the CBSubs list (i.e. the plan that is published).

Normally this would not be a problem. But, with the names ONLY IN THE CB DB (and not the CBSubs List) all of the features of the members are not functional.

MY QUESTION: How can I make both FBC and TWC add the new users to both lists?

CBSubs userlist? Don't understand. They won't have an entry in CBSubs unless they have an active subscription.

But they should have an active subscription when they sign in with their FBC or Twitter account. Or are those only to get users (who are signed up) quick access to their accounts? If that is the case, is there a way to let "new users" sign up with FBC and TWC?

No, they won't have any sort of subscription when they register and login with FBC/TC. You can't give them a subscription either as CBSubs is encoded so API to do this is not yet available. They can select a plan when they view their profile. You can also set the first time login redirect to the plans page as follows.
