That's normal CB registration with the Step by Step feature provided by CB Conditionals, which will be gone in next CB Conditionals release as CB 2.0 will allow for tabbed registration (like profile edit). CB has no module to render CB registration. You'd need to develop such a module that has similar usage to registerForm in comprofiler.php.
