Hello,
in my profile i have 2 CB image field. Can i set nophoto_n1.png for one field and nophoto_n2.png for the second one?

Not in CB 1.x without using a Delimiter field to handle the display. With CB 2.x you're able to select the default image (or no default at all) for every image field.

You can use substitutions like the below to output a delimiter field that's conditioned based off your image field. Below example uses the avatar.

[cb:if avatar!~"nophoto_n.png|tnnophoto_n.png"]show avatar[/cb:if]
[cb:if avatar~"nophoto_n.png|tnnophoto_n.png"]show no image[/cb:if]

Use search term "nophoto_n" when searching the forums for more examples of using substitutions with image fields.

I have to install a plugin so that your schortcode works correctly or i insert it in a wrong place?

i tried to search but i haven't found nothing usefull

You don't need to install a plugin. You need to create a "Fields delimiter" field (note this is renamed to "Custom HTML" in CB 2.0). You then supply your substitutions to the description of it, which it'll output.
