Don't understand what you're asking. The below in a delimiter field will show or not show the avatar dependent on if the user uploaded anything or not.
[cb:if avatar!~"/(nophoto_n|tnnophoto_n)\.png$/"]Show if there is an Avatar[/cb:if]
[cb:if avatar~"/(nophoto_n|tnnophoto_n)\.png$/"]Show if there is not an Avatar[/cb:if]
Image fields are updated from profile edit.

In the attachments you can see my "upload profile" with custom no_photo delimiter field.
The photo can be changed by a user? I can't see any upload new photo with field delimiter

You're wanting ajax uploading from a delimiter field display? Normally you upload a new image from profile edit. Sorry, I don't understand what you're wanting. The substitutions I've provided above will allow you to output based off there being an actual image or not.

in user profile i have: Avatar1 (image) and Avatar2 (field delimiter)
Avatar1 and Avatar2 MUST have two different images nophoto profile and actually it is with nophotoa (avatar1) nophotob(avatar2)

So the issue is that your second image field has the wrong no photo, correct? You need to replace the default avatar images within your CB template files. Location as follows for CBs default template.
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/images/avatar/
