Hi, I'd like to add a brief sentence that shows in the email before the message when you send a message to the whole group.
Something like,

Hi [name], [name] has sent a message to all the members of the [group name] group...
[message content]
---END---
Where would I put this in the code? Is it possible to pull in the name and group name to the message dynamically?

The language string for the GJ message users email is as follows.
Ensure you've the GJ English language plugin installed and you should find the above in the below file.
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/cbgroupjiveen-gb/language.php
You can then modify it as necessary to add your header and footer message.
