Whats the best way to work off an existing template.
Do I make a copy of the exiting template folder and rename it my own name?

CB Bootstrap template is the most complete example as it includes its own PHP file to adjust the HTML output of some of the displays. There's also the MyCommunity, FunLite, etc.. templates that include CB templates. The extra templates included with core CB it self are just CSS overrides, but they're not installable so their XML files aren't good examples.
Somewhat, if there's a PHP file (like cloning the default template) it's not that easy as you've a bit of renaming to do in the PHP file class names.Do I make a copy of the exiting template folder and rename it my own name?
