Well CB 2.0 now has the online help that you can use from every CB 2.0 backend page (click on the Help button).
There is also the Getting started series that is online here:
www.joomlapolis.com/documentation/community-builder/getting-started
We are working to convert/provide online documentation in parallel with a new website.
