CB 2.0 Image Upload fails; Advanced Membership.

9 years 6 months ago #250787 by sylvanr
Upgrading to CB 2.0. Installation was fine but now image upload doesn't seem to work? I can choose a file but when I click "Update," nothing happens?

I also noticed that those with "Advanced" memberships no longer have access to opening a ticket on the website? Even though I am signed on, I get message, "Access to this menu item not allowed without membership?"

You likely have some sort of validation error on one of your tabs. See if any of the tabs have turned Red. Please ensure you're using latest nightly found below encase you're encountering an already fixed bug.

Advanced does not access to private ticket support. That's for Professional and Developer subscribers. Please see our membership table below.
