[SOLVED] CB Privacy problem

[SOLVED] CB Privacy problem was created by sylvanr
Re-installed cb privacy on site and now I get this error:

Your CB Privacy is out of date. Please update to CB Privacy 4.0.2.

I updated CB Privacy to 4.0.2 as directed. Now, I get:

No idea how that's happening. Am unable to confirm locally. It's impossible for that variable to not be an array. What PHP version do you have? Please navigate to CB > Plugin Management > CB Privacy and save your configuration at least once and see if the problem goes away.
