How do I download and install CB delimiter field for cb 2.xx. I have found everywhere but could not find it. Please help!

As of CB 2.0 the delimiter filed type has been renamed to Custom HTML and it is part of CB 2.0. Just create a new field and select Custom HTML from the type drop-down selector.
