Default is set to English. Wish it were that simple :)

I can see all the correct values in the language files in the com_profiler language files. Not sure if that is the right place to be checking.

Suggest unistalling any CB 1.9.1 language plugin you had and installing the CB 2.0 one from here:

forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb-en/files

Okay, I will give this a try. Just to be clear, I remove the Default Language (English) plugin under CB plugin management and then re-install the new package?

No - You should not be able to remove this.

You should remove any other CB Language plugin you have.

Best to provide an image of all your CB Plugins that are installed.
