Users being blocked when trying to edit profile

Users being blocked when trying to edit profile was created by ecweb
Hi,
I have setup a number of different user groups and given access to view user profiles to 'all registered users'.
However, when a low level user logs in and tries to edit his/her profile, the user is automatically logged out of the web site.
If I check in the backend, i can then see that the user has in addition been disabled as a user and is therefore unable to login again.
Could I have some suggestions as to what I can do to solve this issue?

Sounds like you've CBSubs setup to require a subscription. Meaning no free users without a subscription are allowed. When such a case happens it denies their login and blocks them. It should then present them a plans page to subscribe if you've plans set to allow upgrades. This can be disabled in CBSubs > Settings > Global by allowing free registrations without a subscription.
