Hi,
CB: 2.0.9, JF Connecto 1.2, Joomla: 3.4.3
When we choose some emote icon and other actions in CB Actions, text is blank in bubble and other area, I would like to keep the blank default background, how can I change the text color to make it visible?

You've a CSS conflict causing the icon color (they're fontawesome so they use standard text CSS) to become white, but has a white background. Switch to Default Joomla and Default CB template and it should look fine. I recommend reporting the issue to the developers of your template.
