User List search issue

User List search issue was created by webtomix
I have a userlist link set up, when I try to do a search on Company Abbreviation, it will either ask me to log in when set to public access, or it kicks me back to the homepage when set for registered user. I have tried doing this a number of ways and it always does the same thing to me.

It's using the Joomla menu item with Itemid 115 for access. Ensure it's public and published.

I have the link public and listed, it is under Home -> VIP Page -> User List

Is it a child menu item of another menu item? If that's the case then the parent menu item access is also checked. So if "VIP Page" is not public then "User List" won't be accessible to the Public either.

I moved it to the main menu. This item when in the live website will need to be set for not public. I don't know if that will make a difference or not.

If it's a menu item from CB 1.x and not a newly created CB 2.x menu item be sure to edit it and adjust its Type as CB 1.x menu items may not behave correctly.
