I have contacted the template company and they did extensive testing, they determined that it is NOT the template. The issue continues with other templates installed.

Your userlist seams to be working fine now. Your login module on that page is still being broken and I'm guessing it's the popup functionality that's doing it. Its HTML <form element is being removed.
