Update: Turning off UddeIM PMS in the CB2 admin area, and turning on CB PMS, fixed the site loading issues. Now I'm wondering if I should just migrate to the CB PMS. My users have about 100,000 messages in the UddeIM database, so they might be a little disgruntled about losing stuff... {shurg}

Are there any examples on what the CB PMS looks like?

Please download the CB Primer Book from this reference page:
www.joomlapolis.com/cb-20-addon-status

It has a chapter on the private messaging plugin.

There are also video tutorials here:

You do not have to worry about your existing uddeIM messages - you are just adjusting how uddeIM interfaces with CB.

I think I can mark this one as solved, with the following SNAFU on my part:

When I upgraded to CB2 and then UddeIM 3.7, I loaded the wrong UddeIM plugins. I loaded the CB1.x versions (in blue), and not the CB2 versions (in red). Once I got the rights ones installed through the CB Plugin Manager, things started coming back to normal.

Thanks for your time and pointers.
