is it possible when some user send any invitation to another user, CB Autoactions makes changes in Joomla DB?

Yes, CB Invites has triggers for when an invite is created. CB Auto Actions can act on that trigger with a Query action to execute whatever database query you want.

thx... and could users use CB invite to send invitations with parts of the web?
Could the receivers be web site users?

CB Invites sends an Email requesting the recipient to join the site. That's all it does.

UddeIM can be used to send users private messages. CB GroupJive has an invite feature to invite users to join groups. Aside from that I don't understand what you're asking. Invite them to what?
