To block a domain apparently you have to specify abc.com , not just .com. I get a large amount of users registering from .top. It would be helpful if we could use a wildcard, like *.top to work to stop spam from that top level domain. Or just to allow .top to work.

Wildcard blocking has already been implemented. I'm guessing your install is out of date. Wildcard blocks are noted with "(Partial)" when selecting the block type then by using the wildcard character % (e.g. %.top).
