I am new to Joomlapolis and to Joomla in fact. I have been doing some research on CB to develop a new take idea I have for a dating site. Since I am by far no programmer, I was wondering if there is a place on here to look for recommended developers to develop a site for me?

I would like a stateside developer, who is hopefully recommended by a few users for a consultation on the feasibility of my idea. Any help or direction you can supply would be GREATLY appreciated.
