How can i set the greek language as default, and where i can find a plugin for greek language.

You can set the default language in Joomla's Language Manager. The Greek Language group is here: forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb-gr but there are no files published yet :-(

If you want to manage the greek project forge area, then you will be able to upload it yourself and maintain it (by yourself or with the help of others).
If not just post it to the forums.
