imgToolbox.class.php error

imgToolbox.class.php error was created by Nhaixatael
just installed cbuilder for the first time and it all seems to work perfectly! but im getting these errors in the admin panel for cbuilder 
Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [convert -version] in c:\domains\inf3kt.nl\wwwroot\administrator\components\com_comprofiler\imgToolbox.class.php on line 626
Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [jpegtopnm -version 2>&1] in c:\domains\inf3kt.nl\wwwroot\administrator\components\com_comprofiler\imgToolbox.class.php on line 634
tried searching the forum but came up with none
