Was the first problem I encountered, the error codes mean that you dont have enough pics in your galleries, (you need at least 10) or you don't have the galleries published as public...

I have same problem that all you have. Because Zoom gallery rocking better with all comment system than Nants Gallery, which is also very cool. But i need to get zoom working as easily that Nats gallery. Because if i allow users upload images at options they get tomuch rights. There is exmaple then one options which allows users pass picture-size limit.
